Even top chef Roland Trettl has already cooked with their organic food. In 2019, at Ski & Culinary Delights on the mountain, Trettl cooked live a dish he had created especially for Wagrain-Kleinarl, which could then be ordered at participating huts throughout the winter season. At the Ski & Culinary Delights gala evening in the same year, he also conjured up super tasty courses for the guests live on the show stage. Balm for the soul. But you don't have to be a top chef to be enthusiastic about the regional organic specialities from Wagrain-Kleinarl. Natural and genuine, the products from the farm shop invite you to enjoy them.
The farm shop is open every Friday from 2.00 to 4.00 pm. Phew, that was close, almost didn't make it. But the organic farmers have also made provisions for the other days of the week, because in front of the farm there is a large refrigerator with an honesty box where everyone can find their favourite products even outside opening hours. Which products are these anyway? I can choose between various types of cheese, such as Biobert, Kräuterlinge, Schnittiger Kleinarler, and so on. You can find all the products here.
