What is the crowning glory of the JoKiWo Winter Edition?

The crowning finale is the Children's Olympics. Here, the children race on skis through a goal race from one station to the next. Here you can prove your dexterity, speed and accuracy. JoKiWo Winter Edition: Beaming children's eyes

After a successful start of the JoKiWo Winter in 2023, the JoKiWo Winter Edition will take place for the second time this year from the 25th to the 29th of March 2024.

This week will make children`s eyes light up for sure

On Monday, the children's week on the mountain starts with a look behind the scenes of the cable car, here not only the children are amazed, but also many an adult is surprised by all the interesting data and facts about the ski lift. The cable car team also presents the different equipment needed to work on the mountain. How does it feel to sit behind the wheel of a skidoo or behind the wheel of a snow groomer? The children can experience all this first-hand on this day. Don't miss it. The next highlight of the week takes place on Tuesday. The exciting fairytale hike from the Oberforsthofalm to the Naturhotel Gut Berg starts at 5.00 pm. Let the storyteller, who will walk along the tree trail with you, take you into a colourful, fabulous world. But no one need be afraid. :)When you arrive at the Gut Berg nature hotel, we will grill sausages together around the campfire and listen to more exciting fairy tales.

Are you an enthusiastic freeskier or snowboarder and would like to improve your tricks? Or are you ready for your first steps in the snow park, but you're missing tips for crash-free shredding in the park? Then the ÖSV Freeski Day is the right place for you. You will be looked after by coaches all day. At lunchtime, you'll have lunch together in the Strassalm. After this exciting day on the mountain, you can really have a great laugh at the Punch and Judy show at the Haus der Musik from 4.00 pm.On Thursday, mothers and fathers will also get their money's worth, St. Johann will be made unsafe. A scavenger hunt for young and old is on the programme. Great shopping offers await you at the family shopping! After you have received your scavenger hunt cards at the SBS/JOregional office, you will be off on a criss-cross through the city. At the end, you will receive your well-deserved prize at the JOregional office.
